Veterans Education and Support
We are a veteran owned and operated educational organization founded by a 100% disabled veteran who has over 35 years of experience in successful business ownership, law practice experience, and judicial service.
We teach, train, and assist veterans, active duty, and military spouses to start, build, and scale their businesses based on their unique experience, skills, and challenges. We take them from boots to business in progressive steps after a thorough assessment of all things necessary for their success based upon their specific and distinct personality, best comfort level, and learning capacity
We recognize that not all people are the same. Once size does not necessarily fit all. This is especially true with veterans, active-duty personnel, and their spouses who want to be actively engaged in a business endeavor.
We understand that veteran entrepreneurs are a diverse group with a range of experience and skills. Some have served in combat, while others may have served in support roles. We recognize it is important to understand their uniqueness in order to provide the best support possible.
Personal one on one attention, as well as collective and group efforts are part of our curriculum and training. It does not matter if the veteran, active-duty person, or their spouses have never owned or operated a business. Our concept is truly “boots to business”.
Veterans Diamond Transition
We understand the challenges that may occur when transitioning from a military to civilian environment. We help bridge the gaps and secure a sure footed foundation.
Educated and Equipped
Veterans are our comrades and we are determined to leave no one behind in the battle to build a business. We educate, train, equip, send, and help you complete your mission.
Open for Business
Boots to business: Turning military skills into entrepreneurial success. Serving your country was just the beginning. Now it's time to put on your business uniform.
why we do it
We’ve been there
Our founder, Roy Landers, is a 100 % disabled war veteran. He proudly served his country and afterwards attended college and ultimately law school, but his passion from a young child was to own and operate his own business someday.
He took his military skills and experience, along with his experience gained in the practice of law and serving as a Judge Pro Tem within the judicial court system, and established several successful small businesses that he built after learning from business education platforms, mentors, and working in the trenches of learning everything about fundamental business structure and the importance of developing and implementing a system that produces predictable results if applied with diligence, consistency and persistence. The system has earn him millions of dollars over the years.
During those years and continuing he met hundreds of veterans like him who had no clue how to start a business or build an existing business but had a mindset that they did not want to work for anyone except themselves. It was then that his great desire became to give back. His burning mission since has been to help as many veterans, active-duty personnel, and military spouses to become as successful as they want to be.
The best way to do that is to educate, equip and send them into the business environment with a system that is tried and truth and has an iron clad history of launching and sustaining viable businesses.
We recognize and celebrate veteran businesses. Veteran entrepreneurs are a valuable and important part of the business community. Recognizing and celebrating their contributions can help build a sense of community and support for their business and provide employment opportunities for surrounding communities. This ultimately helps build strong families, a better nation and a greater world to live in.
This is why we do it!
We help veterans bring innovation
